Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love your order from inka, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with any original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please use our returns portal.
You’ll be asked to enter the email address used to place your order. Shopify will send you a six-digit code so you can access your order and submit a return request.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you then have a further 14 days to send your item back to us.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, marked, washed or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order separately.
