We hope you love your inka pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return through our online returns system within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. A return postage charge of £2.90 will be deducted from your refund. This charge applies per return parcel.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original packaging where possible. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cover the return postage costs in these circumstances.
