We want you to love your inka home pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

How to return an item

1. Sign in to your account using the email you ordered with.
2. Open your order and choose Request return.
3. We’ll review your request and email you what to do next, including how to post the item back.

Good to know

• Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return postage is arranged and paid by you.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return.
