These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and to all orders placed through www.inkahome.co.uk.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
We sell homeware, including cushions, cushion covers, outdoor cushions, textiles and decorative accessories.
We make every effort to display product colours, textures and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and device.
As many of our pieces are made from natural or textured fabrics, slight variations in weave, tone, texture or finish may occur. These are not faults and are part of the character of the product.
3. Product descriptions and availability
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate.
Occasionally, errors may occur. If we notice an error with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to continue with the correct information or cancel the order.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
5. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, for example if:
- An item is unavailable
- There has been a pricing or product description error
- Payment has not been authorised
- We suspect fraud or misuse of the website
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, launches, bank holidays or due to courier delays.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.
8. Returns and cancellation rights
As a UK online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel. This reflects UK distance selling rules for online purchases.
To request a return, please contact us at info@inkahome.co.uk with your order number.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging where possible
- Free from marks, scents, pet hair or signs of use
Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back with us.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check it, or if it is returned damaged, marked or used.
Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades, such as express delivery, may not be refunded.
UK guidance confirms that online customers have cancellation rights for a limited time even when goods are not faulty.
10. Faulty or damaged items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@inkahome.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
11. Non-returnable items
Unless faulty, we may not be able to accept returns for:
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Made-to-order items
- Items clearly customised for you
- Gift cards
- Items returned used, marked, washed or damaged
This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
13. Care instructions
Please follow any care instructions provided with your order or listed on the product page.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage or use.
Outdoor cushions should be cared for according to the product guidance and should not be left exposed to extreme weather for long periods unless the product description states otherwise.
14. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, designs, text, branding, logos and product photography, belongs to inka or is used with permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.
15. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, attempt to access restricted areas, or use it in a way that may damage the website or affect other users.
16. Links to other websites
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.
17. Liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
18. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, extreme weather, supply chain issues, technical failures or other disruptions.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.
