Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with inka. We carefully pack every order and aim to get your pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 working days.

During busy periods, new collection launches, markets, bank holidays or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.

UK delivery

We currently ship within the UK.

UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the courier service used.

Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Couriers

We use trusted UK delivery services to send our orders.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, bank holidays, strikes, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@inkahome.co.uk and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inkahome.co.uk. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but this may not always be possible.

Missed deliveries and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was missed, refused, or not collected, we may need to charge an additional postage fee to resend it.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded in these circumstances.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

International delivery

We do not currently offer international shipping as standard.

If this changes, our shipping options will be updated at checkout.
